Ever notice how folks will scrub and spray and climb up there every spring, but the moss just laughs and comes back? I get wanting a clean look, but at what point is it just fighting a losing battle? Up here near the Sound, seems like you’d need a flamethrower to keep it totally clear—which, for the record, I don’t recommend. Anyone else tried copper strips or zinc? I’ve seen mixed results. Sometimes I wonder if a little green just adds “character”... or maybe that’s just my excuse for skipping the ladder.
