hypothetical scenario: you're remodeling your attic and you stumble across a deal online for Owens Corning insulation that's almost suspiciously cheap.

Like, way cheaper than what you've seen at local stores or even other online retailers. You check the seller's reviews, and they're mostly positive, but there's a handful of people complaining about shipping delays or damaged packaging. Nothing too alarming, but still makes you pause.

Now, you're thinking, "okay, insulation isn't exactly fragile china," but then again, moisture damage or tears could be a real headache. Plus, the attic is one of those places you don't wanna mess around withβ€”poor insulation means higher energy bills and maybe even mold down the line. But the price is sooo tempting, you know?

I'm curious how others would handle this. Would you take the gamble and order it anyway, figuring the savings are worth the risk? Or would you rather play it safe, pay more locally, and avoid potential headaches? I'm kinda leaning towards taking the chance myself (I'm a sucker for a good deal), but I dunno...maybe someone here has been burned by something similar before and can talk me out of it.
