Just saw a news story about a roof collapse in a nearby town after the recent heavy snowfall. Apparently, the house was pretty old, and the roof just couldn't take the weight anymore. Got me thinking about my own place...it's not exactly new, you know? Kinda makes me nervous. Anyone else worried about their roof holding up this winter, or am I just being paranoid?

Honestly, you're not paranoid—older roofs can be a real gamble. Last winter, one of the properties I manage had some serious sagging after heavy snow. Better safe than sorry...might wanna get it checked out.
