We're finally replacing the old flat roof on our garage and I'm leaning towards membrane roofing. But honestly, there's a bunch of types out there—TPO, EPDM, PVC... kinda confusing. Anyone have experience with these? Which holds up best long-term?

We went with EPDM about 5 years ago, and honestly, it's held up pretty well through some nasty winters. But I've heard PVC can be tougher against punctures...you got trees nearby or anything that might fall on it?
