HELP, MY ROOF'S SO FLAT IT'S BASICALLY A PANCAKE
I was thinking, imagine a guy builds his dream house but the roof is so flat he can literally roll marbles on it...then the inspector comes around shaking his head. Um, what happens next?

Haha, sounds like the inspector's about to whip out the dreaded "building codes" lecture. But seriously, wouldn't rainwater pooling be a bigger headache than rolling marbles? Curious how you'd even drain something that flat...
Had a similar issue with my garage extension last year - roof was practically flat, and after every heavy rain it turned into a mini pond. Trust me, marbles were the least of my worries... the standing water actually started seeping through tiny cracks. Ended up installing tapered insulation to create a slight slope and added proper drains. Cost wasn't fun, but way better than dealing with leaks or mold down the line.
