I was just minding my business, sipping coffee and daydreaming about finally remodeling the kitchen, when BAM... roofer guy drops the estimate bomb on me. Like, seriously, did not expect flat roofs to be this pricey. Now I'm sitting here thinking of all the things I could've bought instead - vacation, new gaming rig, lifetime supply of tacos... Anyway, anyone else been through this? Curious if your quotes were as painful as mine or if I'm just unlucky.
