I’ve had similar luck with spray-on stuff—it’s never held up through a full winter on any of my buildings. Tape’s messy but at least it buys you time. Has anyone tried those roof patch putties or mastics in cold weather? I’m curious if they’re any better for quick fixes, especially when you can’t get things bone dry. My last attempt with one was a mixed bag, but maybe I just got a bad batch...
