I recently upgraded my attic insulation to a higher R-value after reading some stuff online about regional recommendations. Honestly, I didn't think it'd make much difference, but um... wow, the upstairs rooms are way more comfortable now. I'm in the Midwest, and winters here can be brutal. Curious if other folks noticed a big improvement after adjusting insulation based on their local climate? Or was it just me imagining things?
