How often do you actually get your business roof checked?

Quarterly checks are honestly a lifesaver, especially with these old flat roofs. I learned the hard way—thought I could wait until “something looked off,” but by then, the insulation was soaked and it cost way more to fix. Now I just do a quick walk after every big storm... takes 10 minutes, tops.
