So, um, picture this: you hire a roofing crew to fix your leaky roof, and everything seems fine at first. But then you notice they're subcontracting the job out to another group you've never even met. And these new guys are leaving nails everywhere, blasting music all day, and yesterday one of them nearly fell off the ladder onto your car.
