Okay, so imagine this... you're getting your roof redone, and you specifically chose CertainTeed's Integrity Roof System because you heard good things. But then, um, you notice the roofer is skipping the underlayment step entirely, saying it's not really necessary in your climate. I mean, I'm no roofing expert, but that sounds kinda sketchy to me. Would you trust their judgment or insist they follow the manufacturer's guidelines exactly? Curious how others would handle this.
