So I'm up on the roof yesterday—again—and sure enough, another one of those rubber boot things around the vent pipes is cracked and looking sketchy. Seems like every couple years I gotta climb up there and replace one. It's not like they're super expensive or anything, but man, it's annoying. And of course, it's always the hardest one to reach, you know? Curious if this is just my luck or if these things give everyone a headache.
