Financing isn’t ideal, but waiting too long can get way pricier than just biting the bullet early.
Couldn’t agree more. I’ve seen folks try to stretch a roof for “just one more season” and end up with water dripping into their living room... not worth it. Upfront is nice if you’ve got the cash, but with prices these days, financing is almost normal. Just gotta watch those sneaky fees—read the fine print or you’ll be paying for your roof twice over. And yeah, metal’s pricey at first, but my uncle’s still bragging about his 30-year “no-leak streak.”
