How I dodged a payday loan disaster

I get where you’re coming from, but I’ve actually waited out a couple of minor leaks before—like, tiny drips under the kitchen sink—and sometimes it really was just condensation or a loose fitting that sorted itself out after a dry spell. Not saying it’s smart to ignore water issues, but I do think there’s a difference between a nuisance drip and something that needs urgent attention. Maybe it’s about knowing when to panic and when not to. That said, black mold is no joke... I’d probably jump on that right away.
