I hear you on the gimbal hassle. I’ve tried a couple—Zhiyun, DJI—and even the “quick release” ones still take me longer to set up than just grabbing my shoulder rig. Maybe if you’re shooting a wedding or something, it’s worth it, but crawling around under the house? I’ll stick with the old-school gear. Less tech, less stress.
