We got our TPO roof installed about two years ago, and I'm honestly starting to question if it was worth it. Yeah, it was cheaper upfront and supposed to be energy efficient, but lately I've noticed some weird bubbling and seams lifting up a bit. And don't even get me started on how easily it seems to puncture...like, is this normal or did we just get unlucky with the install? Curious if others are seeing similar stuff.

That's frustrating but not entirely uncommon, unfortunately. I've had my TPO roof for about four years now, and I noticed similar bubbling issues around year two or three. From what I've learned, these problems often stem from installation quality—proper seam welding and substrate prep are critical. It might be worth having a trusted roofer inspect it sooner rather than later to avoid bigger headaches down the road. Hang in there, roofing issues can definitely test your patience...

Had something similar happen with mine, noticed a few bubbles popping up around year three-ish. Thought I could just ignore it (budget was tight at the time), but eventually had someone come out and check. Turns out the seams weren't sealed properly from day one. Not saying yours is the same issue, but definitely worth a quick look before it turns into something pricier. Roofs, man...always keeping life interesting, aren't they?

Had a similar issue myself around year four—noticed some bubbling and slight lifting near the edges. Turned out moisture was getting trapped due to improper installation. Managed to patch it temporarily, but honestly, TPO's been more hassle than I bargained for...lesson learned, I guess.
