Hypothetical roof dilemma - if you had to pick between EPDM, TPO, or PVC...
Say you're buying a place and the inspector says the flat roof's gotta go soon. You don't know much about roofing but you've done some googling and now you're stuck between EPDM, TPO, and PVC. I'm curious, if you had to choose one right now - like your own money, your own roof - which would you pick and why? Trying to figure out what's worth the extra cost or hassle, you know.
