My roof's getting pretty old and I'm thinking about replacing it soon. Heard from a neighbor that if you install one of those reflective roofs, you can actually get some tax breaks or something? Honestly, I don't know much about it, but if it saves me money and keeps the house cooler in summer, sounds like a win-win. Has anyone here done this before or know if it's worth the hassle?
