I've had my fair share of tech issues lately (ugh, don't ask), and I've been bouncing between Apple and Samsung devices for years. Apple's support is usually pretty smooth, but sometimes feels a bit scripted, you know? Samsung's can be hit or miss—sometimes super helpful, other times it's like talking to a brick wall. Curious what you guys think...which one do you prefer dealing with when things go sideways?

Totally agree with that. Apple might feel scripted, but at least they're consistent. Samsung's randomness drives me nuts... I'd rather know exactly what I'm getting—even if it's a little robotic—than gamble on support roulette.
