That attic hatch is sneaky, right? I actually went with a foam cover after trying just tape for a while—tape helped, but the foam made a bigger difference in keeping temps stable. Did you notice any condensation around the trim, or was it just drafts? I found a bit of frost buildup before I sealed mine up.
