Honestly, I was getting pretty fed up with the greenish streaks taking over my roof every year. Tried power washing, sprays, you name it...nothing really lasted. Finally bit the bullet and got those algae-resistant shingles installed last spring. And guess what? Roof still looks great, no slimy green patches creeping back in. Feels like a small victory, haha. Curious if anyone else had good luck with these or found another trick that actually works long-term?
