Thinking about getting solar vents put in on my roof, but I'm not sure how tricky it'll be since the roof isn't exactly brand new. Anyone done this before? Any tips or things I should watch out for?

How old are we talking? I put solar vents on my 15-year-old shingles last summer—no major issues, but did find some soft spots underneath. Have you checked your attic ventilation lately? Might wanna peek up there first...
