My attic gets ridiculously hot in summer, like stepping into a sauna. I tried installing a ridge vent and soffit vents last year, and it helped a bit, but still feels way too hot up there. I'm thinking about adding an attic fan or maybe radiant barrier insulation. Has anyone tried these methods, or do you have other tricks that worked better for you?
