- Totally agree, green roofs are underrated in cold climates.
- Noticed the same—my attic used to get damp every spring, but since switching, way less condensation.
- Upfront cost was a hurdle for me, but long-term savings on heating made it worth it.
- Still have to watch for drainage issues, though... Minnesota snowmelt can be brutal.
- Curious if you had to reinforce your roof structure? That was my biggest concern before making the leap.
