I actually tried to clear moss off our low-pitch roof last fall, and I thought I was being careful—used a soft brush, no chemicals, just elbow grease. But even then, I noticed a couple shingles shifted a bit, which freaked me out. Ended up calling someone to check it after all. Has anyone had luck with those zinc or copper strips for prevention? Wondering if that’s worth doing before the moss takes over again...
