Just got a couple roof quotes and thought I scored a sweet deal, but then noticed all these sneaky extras tucked away in fine print. Feels kinda shady, you know? Has anyone else run into this kinda thing lately?

Yeah, I've seen that happen before, but honestly, sometimes those "extras" can actually save headaches down the road. Had a friend skip the fine print once and ended up paying way more later for repairs... just something to consider.
