I've been helping out my brother-in-law with his roofing project lately, and we've been trying to keep track of progress each day. Right now, we're just snapping pics every evening and jotting down quick notes about what's done and what's next. Seems okay, but kinda messy, you know? Wondering if anyone has a smoother system or maybe an app that makes this easier. How do you guys usually handle it?

I've found Trello pretty useful for tracking home projects like roofing. You can set up boards for different stages—like prep, materials, installation, cleanup—and then add daily updates with photos and notes directly into each card. It's visual, organized, and easy to reference later if you need to double-check something. Might feel a bit overkill at first, but once you get used to it, it's way smoother than scattered notes and random pics on your phone...
