So last night was wild, wind howling like crazy and branches smacking the windows. Woke up this morning to find half the neighborhood wandering around outside, staring up at their roofs like zombies, lol. I grabbed my ladder and climbed up to see what chaos awaited me. Found a couple shingles missing and a random frisbee (no idea whose it is, but hey, free frisbee). Then I noticed my neighbor across the street doing the same thing, except he was using binoculars from his driveway instead of climbing up—smart guy.
Anyway, as I'm standing there on my roof, I started imagining some kind of weird scenario...like what if someone climbed up after a storm and found something totally unexpected? Maybe a mysterious object or a hidden message left behind by the wind? Or even something kinda spooky or supernatural?
Dunno, just thought it could be a fun story idea. Curious if anyone else has had weird roof-checking experiences or wants to add to this little scenario...
