Been thinking about those metal roofs, you know, the kind with the hidden fasteners. What if something goes wrong underneath—like leaks or rust—how would you even know until it's too late? Anyone dealt with this sorta thing before?

Had a few customers with hidden fastener roofs, and honestly, they're usually pretty solid. One guy did have a leak issue, but it wasn't hidden—it showed up inside pretty quick. Regular inspections help catch stuff early... rust underneath is rare unless installation was sketchy.
