Okay, so I've been dealing with this annoying leak on my built-up roof for weeks now. Every time it rains, it's like playing detective trying to figure out where the heck it's coming from. I've tried visual inspections, but honestly, everything looks kinda the same up there. Curious how you guys usually tackle this stuff. Quick poll: when you're hunting down a leak, do you prefer visual inspection, water testing, infrared scans, or just calling in a pro?
