Every time I have to get tools up on the roof, it feels like I'm juggling chainsaws or something. Ladder's shaky, bucket's heavy and awkward, and I swear half the time I almost drop stuff on my head. Tried a rope system once, but it was messy and took forever... ended up tangled more than anything. There's gotta be an easier way, right? Curious if it's just me struggling here or if others have figured out a smarter method.

Glad it's not just me. I've also had zero luck with ropesβjust ended up frustrated and losing daylight. What helped me recently:
- Switched to a sturdy backpack for smaller tools (hands-free climbing is way easier).
- Got a ladder stabilizer bar; way less shaky now.
- For bulky stuff, I just ask a buddy to hand it up once I'm safely on the roof.
Still not perfect, but definitely safer and less stressful.
