Say you're getting your roof redone and the roofer hands you this super barebones contract—like, barely any details, just the price and a date. Feels sketchy, right? But maybe it's normal, idk. What would you expect to see in there to feel comfortable going ahead with it? Like warranties, cleanup, materials specifics...what else would you wanna make sure is covered?

Yeah, I'd definitely want specifics on who's responsible if something gets damaged during the job—like gutters or landscaping. Did they at least mention insurance coverage anywhere?
