Would adding foam board to attic hatch make a difference in winter?

That’s a classic—people forget how much moisture can sneak up from bathrooms or kitchens. I’ve seen folks go all-in on sealing up the attic hatch with foam board, only to end up with condensation dripping down like it’s raining indoors. Sometimes I wonder if people are checking their vent fans and ductwork before adding insulation. Anyone ever try those insulated attic tents instead of just foam board? Curious if they help with the moisture side or just the drafts.
