Did you find the audit recommendations realistic, though? I had one done last year, and some suggestions seemed kinda overkill—like replacing windows that weren't even that old. Wonder if they're always practical or just pushing bigger projects...
Yeah, I noticed that too—some recommendations do seem a bit much. Last audit I had, they suggested completely redoing my attic insulation, even though I'd topped it up just a few years earlier. Makes me wonder if they're incentivized to push bigger upgrades...
